How the Help Desk Works

Our top priority is ensuring your website is up and working. Our help desk staff will respond as quickly as possible to your request.

Urgent Requests Outside of Business Hours

Regular business hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any urgent help desk items that are submitted outside of these hours may result in additional fees.
